Erica Cassidy Dubois
Conservation Project Manager
Erica came to FSM in 2011, first working in development, then stewardship. In 2024, Erica became FSM’s conservation project manager. She’s a self-professed “land use nerd” who grew up in Piscataquis County and sees Maine’s forests as an economic anchor for rural communities and fundamental to those communities’ sense of place. She holds a B.S. in Forest Ecosystem Science from the University of Maine and a Master’s in Community Planning & Development from the University of Southern Maine. Outside of work, you can usually find Erica reading and writing fiction and exploring the woods with her rescue dog.
